Paulius Motiejunas is once again the majority owner of Zalgiris Kaunas. The former EuroLeague CEO has reacquired a 55% stake in the Lithuanian club by exercising a previously agreed option.
He had initially sold his shares to avoid conflicts of interest when taking the top executive role in the EuroLeague.
Following his departure from the organization, Motiejunas chose to return to a leading role within the club. Tesonet will continue to hold the remaining 45%, ensuring stability and continuity for Zalgiris moving forward.
