Pau Gasol will turn 40 years old in July, but he still doesn’t want to call it a career. He told Spanish newspaper AS that he hopes to ‘enjoy one last season’ once he fully recovers after undergoing foot surgery.
“I understand that, sooner or later, my retirement is inevitable,” Gasol said. “But hopefully not yet. Hopefully my foot recovers and I’ll be able to play a little more and enjoy one last season…”
