Partizan continue to pursue high-profile reinforcements, with Tornike Shengelia reportedly at the top of the club’s wishlist. Although rumors linking the experienced Georgian forward to Belgrade have intensified, completing the deal is expected to be far from straightforward.
According to MozzartSport, Shengelia remains under contract with Barcelona until 2028, with a €900,000 buyout clause included in his deal. That is the amount the Catalan club is demanding to release the veteran forward, and the same asking price has reportedly been communicated not only to Partizan but to every EuroLeague team interested in signing him.
Shengelia completed his first season with the Blaugrana averaging 12.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 24 minutes per game across EuroLeague competition.
