Partizan reportedly have exit clause in Shake Milton’s contract

Shake Milton appears to be on his way out of Partizan Belgrade.

According to Sport Klub, following information also reported by Mozzart Sport, Milton’s contract includes a clause that would allow Partizan to terminate the deal in a relatively painless way.

The key date would be July 10: by paying Milton $1 million, the club could release him without having to cover his full $1.6 million salary.

Partizan would be giving up a player with significant upside, but according to the report the club no longer wants to take the risk of keeping him, regardless of his potential to become one of the top guards in Europe.
