According to Mozzart Sport, Partizan Mozzart Bet has officially parted ways with sporting director Zoran Savić, who joined the organization in spring 2021. The move follows a tense period marked by Željko Obradović’s offered resignation and the team’s inconsistent start.
No specific reason was given, though underwhelming performances and transfer outcomes reportedly played a role. “Savić and the club have mutually agreed to end their collaboration,” Partizan stated.
During his tenure, Savić helped the club secure two ABA League titles, a Serbian championship, and a return to the EuroLeague playoffs. The farewell message on the club’s website read: “Zorane, thank you for everything.”
