Mozzart Sport reports Philadelphia deal is Partizan’s biggest transfer of the 21st century

Partizan Mozzart Bet reportedly completed a landmark deal: Cameron Payne’s move to Philadelphia is said to have brought $1,750,000, described as the largest transfer fee in Partizan’s 21st-century history. The decision also makes sense in the report’s framing, with Payne’s contract set to expire at season’s end and a renewal seen as unlikely.

Payne had previously spoken about hoping NBA teams were tracking him, and the report suggests Philadelphia acted on that interest. The fresh funds could give Partizan room to pursue additional reinforcements.

On the roster side, Karlik Jones is the key boost: he has reportedly fully recovered from a foot injury after months of rehab from a metatarsal fracture, and is expected to return immediately after the Korać Cup, meaning the point-guard spot won’t remain vacant.

In EuroLeague, Payne played 10 games for Partizan, averaging 14.4 points and 3.9 assists in 23.2 minutes, shooting 53% on twos and 33% from three. In the ABA League, he averaged 10.8 points in roughly 20 minutes.
