In recent days, there had been rumours of a possible departure for Isaac Bonga, but instead Partizan Belgrade has secured the player by officially extending his contract.
The parties reached an agreement to extend the contract, setting a new expiration date of the end of the 2026–27 season and thus rejecting advances from other European teams for the former NBA player.
Last season in the EuroLeague, Bonga averaged 7.7 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, consistently displaying great defensive intensity.
