Paris Basketball officially sign Alizé Johnson

The American big man joins after more than 60 NBA games and recent stops with Shenzhen and the Iowa Wolves

Paris Basketball have officially announced the signing of Alizé Johnson. The American forward/center, who has played more than 60 NBA games, joins the French club to strengthen the frontcourt for the upcoming season.

Johnson brings athleticism, energy, rebounding and production around the rim. Last season, he played in China with Shenzhen, averaging 12.0 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 24 games, and in the NBA G League with the Iowa Wolves, where he posted 19.0 points, 11.1 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game.

Paris described Johnson as a player capable of scoring, dunking, grabbing rebounds and creating for teammates, promising “showtime” at the adidas arena. His arrival gives the French side another physical and versatile option in the paint.
