Serbia did the job and managed to qualify for the quarterfinals of the Paris 2024 Olympics at the end of a beautiful match against South Sudan, a team that never gave up until the very end. In fact, the game was balanced until a few minutes into the game, when the Serbians took a 17-point lead, only for the Africans to make another comeback to within -7. For South Sudan, Carlik Jones’ 17 points and 10 assists, Shayok’s 17 points and Omot’s 14 points were not enough.
