Olimpia Milano will have to do without Alec Peters in tonight’s game against Panathinaikos, scheduled for 8:15 p.m. in Athens for the eighth round of the EuroLeague.
The red-and-white club has officially announced that the American forward will be unavailable: “Due to a contusion on his left knee, Alec Peters will not be available tonight against Panathinaikos” . Peters had been left out of Sunday’s league game against Virtus Bologna due to rotation. This time, however, his absence is due to a physical injury.
No recovery timeline has been announced. His availability for the team’s second game of the week in Athens—on Friday against Olympiacos—remains to be determined.
