Panathinaikos comfortably defeated AEK 78-56 at the second Rhodes International Tournament, controlling the game from the opening quarter despite several absences.
Sylvain Francisco led the Greens with 14 points, followed by Lefteris Mantzoukas with 11 and Jerian Grant with 10. Lukas Lekavicius and Giorgos Tsalmpouris scored 11 points apiece for AEK.
The game featured Giannoulis Larentzakis’ unofficial debut following his return to AEK. Sixteen-year-old Iason Varvaritis also hit a three-pointer and received applause from both benches.
