Panathinaikos has officially announced the addition of Stelios Tzoutzis to its organization. The Greek professional will serve as the club’s new Director of U.S. Scouting & Player Development.
According to Panathinaikos’ official announcement, Tzoutzis will primarily be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the United States market, further strengthening the club’s international presence and strategy in the U.S.
Tzoutzis brings extensive experience in American college basketball, having worked at Wake Forest, the University of Virginia and Liberty University. In 2019, he became the only Greek coach to win an NCAA championship as a member of Virginia’s staff.
