Pallacanestro Varese have officially announced the signing of Amedeo Della Valle on a multi-year contract. The Italian guard joins the club as one of the most established domestic players of recent years, following his spell as leader and captain of Germani Brescia.
During his career, Della Valle has also played for Pallacanestro Reggiana, Olimpia Milano, Gran Canaria and Buducnost Podgorica. His resume includes the EuroChallenge, Italian Supercups, the Montenegrin league and cup titles, and the 2023 Italian Cup with Brescia, where he was named MVP.
“We are extremely proud to welcome Amedeo to the red-and-white family,” said Zachary Sogolow, General Manager of Basketball Operations at Pallacanestro Varese. “The mutual decision to begin a multi-year journey is an important signal for both the present and the future of our club.”
