Sumner was drafted by the Pacers in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft

Indiana Pacers President of Basketball Operations Kevin Pritchard said the team plans to pick up their 2021-22 team option for guard Edmond Sumner.

Sumner will return to Indiana on a $2.3M contract next season. He averaged 7.5 ppg in 2020/21
