Pablo Torre says he is looking more closely at the relationship between LeBron James and Fanatics, particularly James’ free use of the company’s helicopter. The reporter also said he has received messages from NBA owners asking about the details of the arrangement.
Speaking at the Front Office Sports Tuned In summit, Torre said: “We’re very interested, and we are, of course, looking into all of the way that is both a good story, as well as something that’s of interest to the league.” FOS previously reported that James can use Fanatics aviation for free as part of the deal he signed in 2024.
Torre did not confirm that a full investigation into LeBron will be published. He did, however, say more reporting is coming on the Clippers-Kawhi Leonard story, including additional sponsor and investment angles.
