The Orlando Magic have reached an agreement with Josh Broghamer, who will leave the Dallas Mavericks to join Sean Sweeney’s first coaching staff in Orlando. Marc Stein reports.

Broghamer worked closely with Cooper Flagg, serving as his coach during the July 2025 Summer League and overseeing his pregame workouts last season as part of Jason Kidd’s coaching staff.

Broghamer’s arrival gives the Magic a staff member with extensive experience working directly with the young talent selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
