Filou Oostende announced the signing of Thomas Welsh and Pierre-Antoine Gillet.
The former Denver Nuggets player spent last season with Swarm averaging 10.6ppg and 8.8rpg in 43 games.
Pierre-Antoine Gillet penned a three-year deal.
He spent the past seasons with Chalon, Tenerife and Fuenlabrada.
