Olympiacos have reportedly identified Bonzie Colson as the leading candidate to replace Alec Peters in Georgios Bartzokas’ rotation.

According to Sotiris Vetakis of Scoriakas, the Piraeus club are in advanced talks with the American forward, who is coming off the 2025 EuroLeague title with Fenerbahce.

Peters has already confirmed his departure from Olympiacos after four seasons and is expected to continue his career with Olimpia Milano. Colson would give the Reds an experienced, physical and versatile forward for the upcoming EuroLeague season.

Last EuroLeague season, Colson averaged 7.1 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 17 minutes per game with Fenerbahce. Earlier in his EuroLeague career, he was a double-digit scorer for Maccabi Tel Aviv, posting 10.7 points and 5.6 rebounds in 2022-23, then 12.6 points and 5.3 rebounds in 2023-24.
