Olympiacos tabs Greek prospect Georgios Tanoulis

Former Promitheas big man has agreed to a 4-year contract, until the end of the 2026-2027 season, with Euroleague runner-up

Olympiacos Piraeus has completed the signing of Georgios Tanoulis on a four-year deal, meaning his contract runs until the end of the 2026-27 season. Tanoulis (2.10 meters, 20 years old) last played for Promitheas Patras, where he averaged 4.3 points, 1.4 rebounds and a 2.4 PIR in a bench role across 12 appearances in the 2022-23 BKT EuroCup campaign. He is the club’s fourth signing so far this summer, as he follows Nikola Milutinov, Nigel Williams-Goss and Luke Sikma through the entrance door at Peace and Friendship Stadium. Tanoulis will make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut with Olympiacos next season.
