Olympiacos are in advanced talks with Monte Morris, 30, to round out their point guard rotation. The American floor general has been a free agent after six games with the Indiana Pacers from November 8 to 17, where he averaged 3 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 10.8 minutes.
Previously, Morris played for the Nuggets, Wizards, Pistons, Timberwolves and Suns, putting together five strong NBA seasons at 10.5 points, 39% from three, 4 assists and just 0.8 turnovers in 25.8 minutes. A guard who can shoot from anywhere and get to the rim, his motivation and role are the main question marks after two quieter years.
Olympiacos had already considered Morris a few months back and are also seeking a big man to complement Peters–Vezenkov at the four and Milutinov, Hall, Antetokounmpo at the five. At 8-5 in the EuroLeague (with one game in hand vs Fenerbahce), the Reds have clearly hit the gas for a double quality boost heading into 2026.
