Olympiacos: bittersweet win over Maroussi in the Greek Cup, as Nikola Milutinov suffers injury

Olympiacos secured a victory over Maroussi in the Greek Cup, but there was also bad news for head coach Georgios Bartzokas’ squad, as Nikola Milutinov went down with an injury.

The Serbian center suffered a blow to his right thumb and left the court with about three minutes remaining in the third quarter. A concerning development, especially considering the absence of Tyrique Jones due to injury.

The game ended 91–67, highlighted by 16 points from Sasha Vezenkov, 12 from Kostas Papanikolaou and 11 from Monte Morris.
