Four additional members of Olympiacos have tested positive for COVID-19 today, bringing the total number of the team to five. Olympiacos becomes the latest Euroleague team with several members out with Coronavirus after Real Madrid, Milano, ASVEL and Panathinaikos.
Olympiacos is scheduled to face CSKA on Wednesday
