Jabari Parker is again on Olimpia Milano’s radar. The former No. 2 NBA pick is seen as the ideal replacement for Nikola Mirotic, who has joined AS Monaco. The American forward still has a year left on his deal with Barcelona, but his exit seems plausible.
Parker averaged 13.8 points and 4 rebounds in EuroLeague, shooting nearly 40% from deep. However, he wasn’t satisfied with his role under coach Peñarroya, opening the door to a summer departure.
Milano is leading the charge, but Fenerbahce and Panathinaikos are monitoring. Ettore Messina sees Parker as a smart, skilled fit for a revamped instant team.
