The two clubs have reached an agreement for the transfer of the American-born Greek international guard

Thomas Walkup will continue his career with Dubai Basketball. Olympiacos officially announced that the two clubs have reached an agreement for the player’s transfer.

Walkup leaves Piraeus after five seasons in which, as noted in the Olympiacos statement, the team won 12 trophies, reached five consecutive Final Fours and captured the EuroLeague title last May.

The agreement is also described as the beginning of a closer relationship between Olympiacos and Dubai Basketball, built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to the EuroLeague’s core values.
