Patrick Beverley is set to continue his professional career in Europe after officially signing with Boulazac Basket Dordogne for the 2026-27 season.
The 38-year-old guard brings a wealth of experience to the French club, having spent 12 seasons in the NBA, appeared in more than 700 games across the regular season and playoffs, and earned three NBA All-Defensive Team selections.

Beverley most recently played for PAOK Thessaloniki, averaging 7.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in eight Greek League games during the 2025-26 season. He also posted 9.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game in the FIBA Europe Cup, helping PAOK reach the competition’s final.
Selected by the Los Angeles Lakers with the 42nd overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, Beverley actually began his professional career in Europe with Dnipro, Olympiacos, and Spartak St. Petersburg before breaking into the NBA with the Houston Rockets.
He later played for the Los Angeles Clippers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Los Angeles Lakers, Chicago Bulls, Philadelphia 76ers, and Milwaukee Bucks.
Across 666 NBA regular-season games, Beverley averaged 8.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.4 assists, establishing himself as one of the league’s premier perimeter defenders during his career.
