The Hapoel Tel Aviv owner mocked Real Madrid on social media after his team’s EuroLeague playoff win

Ofer Yannay took a jab at Real Madrid after Hapoel Tel Aviv’s Game 3 win, sharing a photo on social media showing the Spanish club’s players checking out of their hotel before the game.

“Checking out before the game is not a great idea when you play against Hapoel,” Yannay wrote on X. Real Madrid, leading the best-of-five series 2-0, could have completed the sweep and advanced with a win.

Instead, Hapoel responded with a 76-69 victory in Botevgrad, Bulgaria, cutting the series deficit to 2-1. Game 4 will also be played in Botevgrad on Thursday at 20:00 CET.
