During the “Raising Fame” podcast Obi Toppin’s parents revealed that the forward out of Dayton hopes to play with the Golden State Warriors next year.
“I got my few point guards that I always dreamed of playing for, just because they were the truest point guards — like Steph Curry,” Obadiah said. “I think Obi would be great playing with Steph Curry.”
This year Toppin led Dayton to a 29-2 record with 20 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.2 assist and 1.2 blocks per game.
He’s at No.9 in the ESPN’s Top 100.
