According to Sport-Business.ru, Unics Kazan has reached an agreement with O.J. Mayo.
The 33-year-old guard will play for the first time in his career for a European club.
Mayo, the third overall pick of the 2008 NBA Draft, was banned by the NBA in 2016 for violating the league’s drug program.
In 8 seasons in the league Mayo has played with Grizzlies, Mavericks and Bucks.
In the last two years the former USC has played in CBA with Liaoning (19.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game in 2020-21, over 28 points in the previous one).
