Nuggets reportedly trading 2027 first, JaMychal Green to Thunder for No.30,future second-round picks

The Nuggets save about 20 million between salary and luxury tax, and will now be able to use the tax-payer mid-level exception, or the 8.2 million trade exception created by this trade.

When we are now about ten days away from the 2022 Draft, the NBA market is starting to get into full swing.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Denver Nuggets have traded JaMychal Green and a protected 2027 first-round pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder. In return they receive the No. 30 pick in the upcoming Draft and two future second-round picks.

Green will exercise his $8.2 million option in order to finalize the deal.

The Colorado team will pick at No. 21 and No. 30, while OKC remains with No. 2, No. 12 and No. 34.
