Denver Nuggets coach Michael Malone talks to Harrison Wind about his roster before the trade deadline: “I hope we can keep this team. I know what this team is capable of & when you have injuries, knowing you have guys that are playoff tested and have been there and done that and can step in and fill those minutes is very reassuring and comforting. I also know it’s a business. I know these guys all want to play. We have six guys in contract years. When you add all that together it makes for a very tough task for everybody. But I couldn’t be prouder of how we’ve handled it”.
The Nuggets are second in the Western Conference Standings with 26 wins in 37 games.
