Noam Dovrat signs multi-year deal with Hapoel Jerusalem

Noam Dovrat is a new player of Hapoel Jerusalem, the Israeli team announced.

The nineteen year old guard left  Maccabi Rishon Lezion, where he was averaging 5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game in Winner League.

Hapoel Jerusalem coach Yotam Halperin considers Dovrat ‘one of the best talents in Israeli basketball’.
