The former Olimpia Milano forward could continue his career outside the EuroLeague, with Bahcesehir also in the background

Nikola Mirotic remains one of the biggest names still available on the European market. According to Spanish newspaper SPORT, Unicaja Malaga are monitoring the situation of the Montenegrin forward, who spent last season with Monaco.

Malaga play in the Basketball Champions League, which would make them a possible destination outside the EuroLeague. They are not the only non-EuroLeague option linked to Mirotic, as Bahcesehir, an EuroCup club, has also been mentioned as a potential suitor.

During the 2025-2026 season, Mirotic played for Monaco and averaged 11 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 19 minutes over 31 EuroLeague games. His résumé also includes Real Madrid, Barcelona, Olimpia Milano, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans and Milwaukee Bucks.
