Misko Raznatovic, Nikola Jokic’s longtime agent, has confirmed that Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens genuinely tried to bring the Denver Nuggets superstar to Greece.
In recent days, club owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos revealed that he had made a serious attempt to convince Jokic to move to Athens, explaining that an offer had been presented both to the player and his NBA team.
The revelation immediately attracted attention across the basketball world, given Jokic’s status as one of the NBA’s biggest superstars. Now, however, confirmation has arrived directly from his agent.
Raznatovic confirmed that Giannakopoulos’ claims were true in an interview with Athletiko.
