Supercup derbies between Virtus and Fortitudo expected to be played with fans in the stands

The maximum is 1,000 people for outdoor events and 200 indoors.

In the Prime Ministerial Decree of the Italian Government of 7 August, public participation is allowed for individual minor sporting events starting from 1 September.

The maximum is 1,000 people for outdoor events and 200 indoors.

It is possible to exceed these numbers in exceptional cases and only with a special protocol prepared and submitted to the CTS by the regional presidents.

This is an opening of the Government towards the possibility of being able to return to attend sporting events in sports halls and stadiums, which is currently prohibited.

The two Bologna derbies of the next Super Cup will therefore be played with the public, unless the epidemic in Italy worsens in the coming weeks. Although it is still unclear how many spectators will be admitted to the stands.
