I New Orleans Pelicans non hanno intenzione di rinunciare a Zion Williamson
Despite a disappointing 4-18 record and a nine-game losing streak, the New Orleans Pelicans have no plans to waive Zion Williamson.
The star forward, out since November 6 and frequently sidelined by injuries, has a contract with weight-related clauses that could reduce financial obligations.
Nevertheless, the team remains committed to improving Williamson’s health and building the roster around him..
The center, selected by Utah with the 28th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, returns to the franchise where he spent the first three seasons of his career.
Golden State has parted ways with the three players, bringing its roster to 18 ahead of the start of the 2026-27 NBA season.
The Texas franchise has parted ways with the two guards following four and three preseason games, respectively.
The Wisconsin franchise has announced the release of the three players ahead of the start of the regular season.
New York has waived the veteran guard but could consider bringing him back in December, when NBA contracts become prorated.
