New details have emerged about the death of Brandon Clarke, who was found unresponsive at his San Fernando Valley residence on May 11. The Memphis Grizzlies forward was 29 years old.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s report, as reported by Reuters, investigators found vape devices, cannabis products, prescription medications, syringes, Narcan and an unidentified white substance inside the home.
The medical examiner attributed Clarke’s death to the effects of heroin and cocaine, with the combined effects of several prescription medications listed as a contributing factor. His death was officially ruled an accident.
