Nebojsa Covic to become President of Serbian Basketball Federation

Nebojsa Covic is on his way to a new position: in fact, he will most likely be the new president of the Serbian Basketball Federation. This was reported by Meridian Sport, an article in which we read that the current president of Red Star Belgrade has secured the support of a good number of members of the election committee and his appointment will be a mere formality.

The meeting to officially appoint the new president will be held on October 1, when Covic will officially become the successor of Predrag Danilovic. Recall that at the beginning of the year, Covic nominated Zeljko Drcelic as the next president of Red Star.
