The NBA Europe project is moving forward, and tomorrow, Monday, January 19, will be an important day for the city of Milan. According to Gazzetta.it, a meeting is scheduled with NBA executives and representatives from AC Milan and Olimpia Milano.

Inter, the other major football club in the city, will not be present. This could also provide an indication of which of Milan’s football clubs is more interested in taking part in the project.

The NBA will present the structure of the project, the economic parameters, and the requirements regarding franchise management to Ettore Messina and Christos Stavropoulos (representing Olimpia Milano), as well as Massimo Calvelli and possibly Zlatan Ibrahimović (representing RedBird and, therefore, AC Milan).
