Moses Wright: “I have never missed the EuroLeague playoffs and I won’t start now”

New Olimpia Milano center Moses Wright discussed his arrival in Italy after playing for Olympiacos and Zalgiris Kaunas in an interview with the club’s official website. “I would like to make the EuroLeague playoffs because I have never missed them since I have been here, and I do not intend to start now. Then we will build from that result.”

Wright reunites with former Olympiacos teammate Alec Peters: “When I see him shoot, I do not go for the rebound as I usually do because, deep down, I think it will not be necessary. We have a connection. Being together again feels like seeing an old friend.”

The American describes himself as a modern big man: “I always say that I consider myself a guard. I am especially dangerous in pick-and-pop situations.” On his development, he added: “I went to Kaunas to build my EuroLeague reputation. I achieved that objective, and now I want to keep growing.”
