Montrezl Harrell chose to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers despite he had a bigger offer from the Charlotte Hornets, as reported by Brad Turner.
Harrell shares with LeBron James the same agent, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports.

Harrell signed a two-year, $19 million deal with the Lakers.

Sources: The Lakers and free agent center Montrezl Harrell are in negotiations for the NBA sixth man of the year to join them. Harrell turned down more money from Charlotte to join the Lakers.
