Milwaukee Bucks: Khris Middleton and his desire to return to play

Milwaukee Bucks, Khris Middleton's condition: does a date pop up for his possible return to the court?

For the Milwaukee Bucks, the return of Khris Middleton, who has been out since February 6 with a sprained ankle, may not be too far away. According to Jim Owczarski, the player might even have a chance to play against the Sacramento Kings on March 12.

“After the injury, I tried to play, get the ankle moving a little bit, see if the pain would go away or whatever. But it didn’t. I didn’t feel comfortable,” Middleton said. “I went back, tried to re-bandage it, and as soon as I took the boot off, the swelling exploded. I want to get back on the court. I need to play. I’ve had limited minutes for most of the year, so at this point I just need to be on the field. So I’m fighting every day that I can.”

Middleton has only played 3 games under coach Doc Rivers this season, so he needs to get back on the court as soon as possible to try to make it to the playoffs in the best shape possible.
