Twist in the negotiation of Mike James’ contract extension with AS Monaco, that according to some media had been already signed.
According to Donatas Urbonas of Basketnews, however, the situation is quite different, so much that the player is reportedly considering leaving the Principality’s club.
Despite a long negotiation, the parties have failed to reach an agreement, leading James to consider other options.
After winning Game 1 of the BetClic Elite final James told the media that he wants to try again to win the Euroleague with coach Obradovic.
“This is my third year in Monaco, and it would be nice to continue here to win the EuroLeague with him (Obradovic)”.
