Messina: We need to be better at closing tight games, starting in Valencia

Olimpia Milan coach talks before the road game against Valencia: “We are fighting for our survival in the playoff race. We come from a game that we played really well for the most part, against Real Madrid. What we need to do, against a very aggressive Valencia team, is to replicate that game, but with the intent of closing it with more efficiency, should it be another very tight game. This is something that we didn’t do both in Kaunas and against Real Madrid”

The italian team is twelfth in the Euroleague standings with 11 wins.
