The Dallas Mavericks announce that guard Jalen Brunson has undergone surgery on his right shoulder. No timetable for his recovery was immediately set.
As reported by The New York Times’ Marc Stein, Brunson had originally planned to delay surgery until the off-season and keep playing with the help of in-season rehab, but the league’s unexpected shutdown for a minimum of 30 days created a window for the procedure now.
