Mavericks aren’t reportedly consider Masai Ujiri or Danny Ainge to lead basketball operations

The Dallas Mavericks are not pursuing Masai Ujiri or Danny Ainge for their head of basketball operations position, reports Marc Stein of the New York Times. Ujiri is on an expiring contract with the Toronto Raptors, while Ainge stepped down from his role running the Boston Celtics this offseason.

Dallas is considering elevating Michael Finley for the role.
