The Chemnitz Niners have made official the signing of Matt Mooney, the latest addition to the roster that will be led by coach Rodrigo Pastore.
The guard from Texas Tech made his European debut last year with Unicaja Malaga, scoring 7.2 points with 2.3 assists and one rebound in 22 games between ACB and BCL.
