The former Valencia big man opens a new chapter in Japan on a one-year deal
Matt Costello is officially a new Chiba Jets player. The Japanese club announced the signing of the 1994-born, 208 cm American big man.
Costello leaves EuroLeague after spending last season with Valencia. According to SPORT24, he has signed a one-year contract and will become the highest-paid rookie in the Japanese league.
Last season with Valencia, Costello averaged 8.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 9.8 PIR. He now opens a new chapter of his career in Japan.
