Baskonia has signed Mamadi Diakite to a two-year contract. The 2.06m Guinean big man joins from the Valley Suns of the G-League, where he averaged 13.6 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists.
A former NCAA champion with Virginia and an NBA title winner with the Milwaukee Bucks, Diakite brings energy and experience to the frontcourt in Vitoria.
The Greek club announced the signing of the 28-year-old guard on a one-year contract. Papas previously played for Olympiacos from 2022 to 2024
