Indiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon would like to suit up for Poland’s national team in future international competitions, according to Lukasz Ceglinski of Sport.pl. Former Rookie of the Year is interested into accepting Polish citizenship and the Polish Basketball Federation is working to make the move happen. Poland will play Serbia, Czech Republic, Finland, Israel, and Netherlands in Prague in the upcoming Eurobasket group
Brogdon, whose wife has Polish roots, visited Poland last summer. He’s averaging 18.9 ppg and 5.9 apg over 31 games this season with the Pacers
