Majority of EuroLeague players reportedly against resumption of season

A conference call between the EuroLeague and its players was held on Saturday.

According to SDNA’s George Zakkas, the majority of the players don’t want the season to resume and are against the resumption plan.

Players are worried about the risk of contracting the coronavirus as well as the risk of injuries.

Monday, May 25, will be “the day”, as the 11 A-licensed clubs will vote whether to resume the season or not.
